  • All Classes are 30 minutes unless otherwise stated.

  • Please do not enter a class if you are displaying any signs of Covid

  • Participants are asked to clean down any equipment used before and after use.

  • All classes are in the studio and are on a first come first served basis. A sign in sheet will be available at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class commencing. Holding places for friends is strictly forbidden.
