At Well Fit we’ve designed a number of classes for people at all levels. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. Or if you just want to lose weight and keep active, we have the class for you. Circuit training is a great way to combine cardio and strength training if you're short on time. You’ll be put through your paces moving from one station to the next, all the time guided by our highly trained staff members.



Using Suspended straps, you will use your own body weight to perform a series of exercises that will help develop your core strength & over all flexibility resulting in greater definition and tone.


A super low impact/intensity class that focuses on your core muscles, improving your posture, core strength and flexibility. This class is run on a course format. (Note: there is an additional charge for this class)



A high-intensity interval training class using the exercise bikes, giving fantastic results within the limited time required for each short class.


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an amazing workout for burning fat and calories. It’s an effective total body workout with drills, circuits, interval and cross training.


Stretch & Mobility

Improving your flexibility in key areas like your ankles, hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine will help your training regime, and generally help your body to perform better, in the gym and out of it.

Strength & Conditioning

Get more out of your workout by concentrating on the perfect technique in these specialised classes. This class is run on a course format. (Note: there is an additional charge for this class).


Spin / Circuits

A combination of strength circuits with a spin classes to give you a HIIT workout that combines high intensity cardio with a high volume strength workout.

Tone Zone

This class hits all the typical problematic areas; hips, thighs, bums etc. with a range of different exercises performed with or without weights.


Ass, Arms & Abs

Supercharge your metabolism with this complete body conditioning and calorie burning class, targeting all the hard to tone areas, leaving your body fitter and leaner.

Box Fit

Boxfit is an intense cardiovascular workout with classes lasting 45 minutes. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills, footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.



A seriously intense high energy class combining the Spin bike, and the Concept 2 Ergs. A class guaranteed to take your fitness to a new level.

Everest 10

A new class, combining cardio and resistance training, this is an advanced class and will physically and mentally challenge you. This will improve your aerobic fitness and muscle endurance.
